Ad Hoc were formed in 1997. We are a competitive group, entering festivals each year, winning the Brentwood Catholic Theatre Festival Michael Dennis award in 2009. A friendly group established over 40 years ago. We aim to stage three full length productions a year, ranging from high drama to pantomime and music hall. We also enter, and have won awards in, local drama festivals. New members always welcome; experience not necessary, but a sense of humour is!

ARTISANS DRAMA SOCIETY

The Artisans produce two or three productions annually including full length and one act festival entries. We present a range of theatre styles including comedy, drama, cabaret, and family shows. We also arrange social fund raising activities. A lively friendly group - visitors are always welcome.

The theatre club was formed to sponsor and encourage amateur drama in the Brentwood Diocese. We have been holding an annual competitive festival of one-act drama plays since 1948, which is open to all drama groups within the diocese.

The Wesley Players were formed in 1949. We are a warm and friendly group, performing two plays, one pantomime and various fundraising murder mysteries around Upminster throughout the year.
