At a recent Executive Committee meeting it was agreed that we should take space in the Family & Community section in the Romford Recorder newspaper on a trial basis. This will be 6 columns on 15cm x 8.7cm (approximately 6 inches by just over 3 inches). The columns will be in colour.

Entries should advertise your events and productions and any corporate or fundraising activities. Groups wanting new members should include a brief description of their club or society. Entries will be included on a "first come first served" basis. The Recorder will co-ordinate and plan the layout for us so typed or printed entries would be appreciated to avoid errors.

All information has to be at the Recorder offices by the Friday before the week of publication. Groups wishing to participate should contact HAC's Deputy Chairman Sue Freeman on 01708 762449.
