Join in our Havering Art Exhibition and competitions 2020 – we are virtual!
Havering Arts Council invites local artists to enter their works of art for a series of online exhibitions and competitions. Paintings, drawings and photographs – all are welcome!

How to Enter?
Each month we have a new round. If you would like to enter, take a photograph of a new or existing work, and email it to us at Haveringartscouncil@live.co.uk with your name and the title of the picture. If you are under 18, please state your age.
The competitions will be judged in adult, young peoples’ & children’s sections and anyone can take part. (age groups up to 10, 11 - 17 and over 18). The gallery has a ‘like’ button, so that members of the public can vote for their favourite picture - audience are invited to vote once in each gallery. We will exhibit your picture and at the end of each month the winners will be announced.
The winner in the adult section is Dean Webb with his painting 1992. The winner in the 11-18's is Victoria Crawley (aged 11) with My Jellyfish and the winner of those aged 10 and under is Sky Garner with her picture of elephants. We also had several photo entries, and the winner of this section is Peter Barrett with his Chariot of Fire.
Exhibition at The Queens Theatre, Hornchurch
Ultimately all the monthly winning pictures will be eligible to go on display in a special exhibition in the foyer of The Queens Theatre hopefully in Spring 2021. We can only feature one entry per artist each month, but you are welcome to enter as many months as you wish and we look forward to receiving your entries. Find out more about Havering Arts Council!
